I see Deception. What does she want with me. Hasn't she done enough to me- to us? "Kiley! GET UP!" I get up and and stand behind the bars of the cell. "What do you want Deception. . ?" I said not looking at her, but staring at the wall behind her. The yellow tree sap blocked, wall. Dividing me from the outside world. Deception was in her human form. Acting as if she was the boss around here, which of course she was, other than that bigger one. "No. The question is, what do YOU want? What are you doing in here!" I was silent. For the first time I actually wanted silence. Time to think, or to live if she was going to end my life right here, right now. What do I say? Do I say I was looking around and found the key? Do I lie? I decide it's best to tell the truth. "I didn't MEAN to be here!" I yell. Anger in my eyes and expression. Deception doesn't think I'm telling the truth. Of course. Should she even have a reason to? I know I wouldn't believe her. "Yeah sure, just give me the truth. I don't like doing this you know!" This got Bianca's attention. She walked up next to me. Holding onto the grey, stiff bars to get closer to Deception. "Wait, what? You don't like doing this? Then why are you?!" More silence. All of us just looked at each other. For once we were all friends. Or so it felt. No angry expressions, no quarreling. Just us. All the same. Equals. "It's my master, Master..." Deception mumbled. I almost laughed at that. A master named Master, how coincidental! "That must be the bigger one." Bianca whispered to me. I nodded. It was pretty obvious, but still, I shouldn't show disrespect to the only person that was going to be with me. "She has this crazy idea. She thinks that if enough Limizodes help her she can make all the mortals, you people, obey her. . ." Her voice trailed off. Staring at the floor. "Wait. I still don't get it." I said. "Why do you have to be in human form? Why are you named Deception?" I had so many questions. But I knew not to ask them all at one time. "My master wants me to spy on the kids at school. She thinks they might be suspicious about her plan. I'm named Deception because, my mom knew I was destined to deceive. I have a special. . . power. . . let's call it. Bianca's eyes widened. "P-p-powers?" She stuttered. For some reason, when things were jumbled up to me, Bianca stuttered when she talked. Like a puzzle. When you have nothing, you just sort of put things in the middle and try and fail until you get the right piece. "Yeah. . . I can trick anyone I want whenever I--" She cut off. We all stared at each other.

I could tell we all had the same idea. "So...everyone in?" I said. "LET'S DO IT!" Deception replied. "Oh, yeah!" Bianca said smiling. For a girl who lost pretty much her whole life, she sure does smile a lot. She must stay pretty optimistic.

The next day our plan was put into action. Banging our walls and stomping around and yelling, making as much noise as we could, and just as we expected, Deception and Master came in. Master looks most mad, her eyes looking like if you even looked her in the eye you would burst into flames. Deception just looking like her plan had fallen into place, which it had. "WHAT IS ALL THIS NOISE?! KEEP IT DOWN!" Master snapped. You could hear the anger in her voice like she would explode all over the walls. "MASTER I CAN'T LIVE LIKE THIS WE HAVE TO LET THEM GO!" Deception said. "THEY'VE ALREADY SEEN US! WE CAN'T" Master yelled, seeming to get angrier by the minute. Having this big yelling competition right in front of us, Their prisoners. Deception gave us a wink, and said, "Well I do know a potion that can brainwash the last few weeks out of their memory. . ." . Just as planned, me and Bianca started protesting. Acting as if this was news to us. "WAIT WHAT?! BRAINWASH-" "QUIET!" Master screamed. Looking like she was about to kill us, more like brainwash. But the same look. "It'll work for the new one but what about that?" Master said pointing a green, slimy, lizard hand at Bianca. The hand almost dripping with the green slime. Bianca looked worried, And I don't blame her, I was too. We hadn't gone over this part, but I had faith in Deception. That was her power wasn't it? To deceive? Time went by. Minutes. "What about her?!" Master said demanding an answer. Separating her words. "Oh yeah. . . doubling the potion . . . DOUBLES THE EFFECT!" Deception said with a sly smile on her face. Satisfied with her answer. "Hmm . . . very well . . ." Master said walking out of the room, like she was queen of the world, which if our plan didn't fail, she would be. "WAIT WHAT?! DON'T DO THIS TO US!" Bianca and I shouted as planned. "NO! HELP US! NO!" "To late!" Deception said with a wink. Master had an evil grin on her face while walking out of the room. "YES!" Deception whispered when Master left the room. "It worked!" I said laughing. Phase one of our plan complete. "Commencing phase two." Deception said. Lets do it. This was going to work. I was sure of it.

This was about the most exciting thing in my life. I mean really? How often do you get to be working with someone with powers?! Deception starts brewing her fake potion which we are instructed to drink and pretend we don't remember anything. Master comes in the room in human form. "Ah I see you both are feeling better?" Master says nicely, and dressed in a white nursing dress. "Uhm where am I?" I said. "Hospital. You passed out. I'll take you home now." "Behind bars?" Bianca questioned, touching the bars and staring all around. Acting Bewildered. "Yes . . . Just come with me!" Master spat at us. Getting antagonized. We got in her car, acting like we didn't have a clue where we were, who she was, or what she was doing to us. I looked out the window and see Deception running up behind the car as planned. The dirt coming up behind her like she could run a million miles and still be running. "Here you are!" Master said, pulling up to the brown house. Me and Bianca got out and Master drove back. "DECEPTION!" I screamed for her. If she was to late the plan could be ruined. Destroyed. Deception crawls up from behind the rose bush with leaves all over her shirt. "Okay! Let's go we don't have much time before Master realizes I'm gone!" We walk into my house. I see all the fourth graders in my house. Bianca flashes a smile at everyone. "Okay everyone! Let's get busy. We are in big trouble! I know you must not believe me when I say this but, Creatures will take over our race! Wipe us out completely or try to control us!" Signs of disbelieve spread the room. Some sarcastic comments even, “What it's not 2012 yet, you sure you didn't call the global warming staff?” Deception walks up, looking worried. "It's true!" She tells the crowd. We hear random calls from our audience. "How do we know?" or "Yeah right." Then. A cloud of smoke circles the room. Everyone starts coughing. Sparks of red fly from where Deception is. The spell of iron fills the room, along with shouts, "MARCELIO! COLUMBO! VECIOLA!" The shouts said, getting more harsh by the second. Echoing and echoing. A clouded figure started to form.

Shrieks of terror filled the room as the figure turns into Deceptions Limozode form. Shouts of "RUN!" or “IT IS 2012!” Fill the room and our audience starts flooding out of the room. Bianca runs up to one saying "No wait! We need your help!" And the boy just pushes her off screaming like she didn't say a word. Deception, Bianca and I stand there speechless. "Phase two . . . Failed." Bianca says. We all sit there. Looking at each other, still smelling iron. "Cratosis . . ." Deception says softly, pink and yellow sparks fly from her as all her unnatural features disappear. Becoming human. Our door bell rings. DING DONG! Deception peeks out the brown, wooden, door. We see a girl that was at the little run-away speech. And behind her, a man dressed in a blue and black uniform, with a badge. The police. A girl went and told the police! "Ma'am. We need a word." He said in a professional voice. I started to panic, what do we say?! I'm not good at lying under pressure! "We'll barge in if you don't answer." I open the door quickly. "Hello, officer!" I say. "Hello, Miss. We're looking for a. . . uhm. . ." He stops and whispers to the girl, "What was it?" She whispers back. "A. . . Limo-zode, she says." "A Limo-zode? What the heck is that?" Bianca responds quickly with laughs in between. My face was getting red and hot. I can't lie. The police man stares at me, getting skeptical. He could tell. He could tell We were lying."It's here isn't it? Whatever that thing is?" He says. He takes out a silver camera and takes a picture of each one of us. Bianca. FLASH! Deception. FLASH! Me . . . FLASH! FLASH! "You're coming with me, young ladies" He says pulling out some hand cuffs. "MARACADO MISHAL MARACAD OMI SHALOO!" Bianca screams at the top of her lungs. Bright light
s flash. Green leaves grow all around us. "Is this some kind of jo. . ." Is all we hear before our hearing is blocked by the wall of leaves. "Growing tighter and tighter until I feel we'll choke, right when it's about to get to tight, we POP somewhere else. In the local park. Swing sets, see-saws, and a sand box are all around us. "WHAT JUST HAPPENED?!" I yell. "BIANCA! WHAT DID YOU DO?!" Deception yells at the same time.

Silence. Bianca just stood there stiff. Looking worried. Deception ran up to her. Shaking her she said, "BIANCA! WHAT DID YOU DO!" She said separating her words. "You have magic?" I say quietly. (and nicely) Bianca looked at me hopefully. Her eyes seemed to tell me, “I'm sorry, I couldn't tell you.” “You think I'm weird now don't you. . .” She said. Weird? I thought it was awesome! "Why would I think someone who has magic weird? You're so cool Bianca! Even more now that I know you have magic!" Bianca glared at me. She doesn't want to be treated different because I know she has magic. Deception walks in
